Case Study: International Cooperation and implementation of Best Practices in Valle del Cauca

The following article showcases a case that aims to analyze the “Best Practice” (in terms of international cooperation) in Colombia and more specifically in the department of Valle del Cauca, through the Triangular Cooperation in Latin America and the Caribbean for the development of Technical Skills project, carried out by the national training service, SENA. Hereto, it is necessary to bear in mind the framework of the “Best Practices”, which serves “as a tool for the promotion and dissemination of Colombian experiences among other countries with similar development rates”. Furthermore, the actors, modalities and process of cooperation will be identified in order to evaluate how appealing is department (Valle del Cauca) to other countries.
