From the creation and dissemination of Act 1448 of 2011, there have been efforts to ensure the right to truth, justice and reparation for victims of armed conflict. However, there has not developed a section for LGBTI people (or non-normative sexual orientations), showing the forms of reparation to which they are entitled. Within this population, trans women (transsexuals, transvestites and crossdressers) are a population affected by the conflict for their appearance, types of work and social rejection. Therefore, this paper seeks to work repairing the theme trans women victims of armed conflict. Due to its particular situation is considered important work initially in symbolic reparation, it is the best way to reduce the levels of exclusion before, during and after victimization, and rebuild their life project. Therefore, the question is why were not created symbolic reparation measures for trans women victims of the Colombian armed conflict? To answer, there will be a documentary analysis and interviews with victims and trans women decision makers and public policy; and although the response is not final, it will show that the requests for these women are related to a repair that responds to the situation before and after their victimization.
