The figures of Eva Duarte de Perón and Juan Domingo Perón divided Argentine history in two. In the book Santa Evita by Tomás Eloy Martínez you can appreciate the political and cultural changes based on a growing fanaticism and sanctification, which occurred as a result of the consolidation of Peronism as a movement and the charismatic figure of the leader who influences the support of the masses and the discontents of the country.
