This essay seeks to analyze how, over the years, diplomatic relations between the United States and Colombia, focused on improving the educational environment, have contributed to reduce the existing gaps in access to quality higher education for the Afro-Colombian population, through programs designed to motivate leadership and strengthen educational and cultural exchange of black communities.
