Dear Authors and Reviewers,
Our editorial management platform is currently experiencing technical issues that prevent document uploads. While we work to resolve this problem, please take note of the following:
- Reviewers: You may complete your review through the platform as usual. If you wish to send an additional file (e.g., an annotated manuscript or any supplementary comments), please email it to estgerencial@icesi.edu.co.
- Authors with manuscripts under review: If you need to submit a revised manuscript, a response letter, or any other documents, please send them to estgerencial@icesi.edu.co.
- New submissions: It is essential that you start and complete the submission process through the platform, even if you are unable to upload the files. Once the submission has been completed, please send the manuscript and all supporting documents to estgerencial@icesi.edu.co. Completing the submission in the platform is necessary to ensure proper tracking of the editorial process and the subsequent assignment of the DOI.
We appreciate your understanding and will notify you as soon as the platform is fully operational again.
