Approach to Human Rights in Argentina. First reflections from a historical legal study

This article is a first approach to the development of human rights in Argentina. In this study the particular historical context of the country is privileged, in order to understand how the turbulent institutional life of Argentina has directly influenced the development of Human Rights. At present after very difficult times, it has managed to recover and maintain institutional life for over 30 years, and with them the lifting of international human rights treaties to constitutional reform of 1994.
